We keep delivery simple: free UK delivery on all orders over £20, and a flat £1.95 charge on orders under £20.

Dispatch & Delivery Times
- Orders are normally dispatched the next working day, via Royal Mail or a parcel courier depending on the size and weight of your order — larger bags of seed and bulk suet orders typically go by courier.
- Delivery usually takes 2–4 working days from dispatch. These timeframes are a guide and aren't guaranteed, particularly during exceptionally busy periods such as cold snaps when demand for bird food rises quickly.
- A working day is Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
Where We Deliver
We currently deliver to addresses across UK mainland only. We're unable to deliver to Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, the Channel Islands or international addresses at this time.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we'll email you with tracking information so you can follow its progress. If you can't find this email, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.
Problems With Your Delivery
If a courier is unable to deliver because nobody is available, they'll usually leave a card and attempt redelivery. If several attempts fail and the parcel is returned to us, additional delivery charges may apply to send it out again. If you need to change your delivery address after ordering, please contact us as soon as possible — we can't guarantee a change once an order has been dispatched.
